Wenn der Vermieter deine Anfrage akzeptiert, werden die erste Monatsmiete und die Verwaltungsgebühren automatisch berechnet; anschließend wird die Buchung bestätigt. Danach erhältst du die genaue Adresse und die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters, um deinen Einzug zu organisieren.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
HousingAnywhere verwahrt deine Zahlung und überweist sie erst 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug an den Vermieter. Sollte die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung im Inserat entsprechen, kannst du dies innerhalb dieser 48 Stunden melden und erhältst dein Geld zurück.

Welcoming and spacious, this 7-bedroom, the 4-bathroom townhouse has been thoughtfully designed to host easy, and comfortable living for no matter how little or long you choose to stay. Boasting sunlit bedrooms, an expansive kitchen, and laundry in-unit, this home is full of details as unique as they are traditional, complemented with our own touches.
The Southwest is quickly becoming one of DC’s trendiest neighborhoods. Its vibrant riverfront community offers panoramic views of the city, activities & events, and access to some of the best restaurants, shops, and boutiques. From internationally known brands to local unique shops, living in the Southwest, there’s something for everyone. Attractions such as the Wharf, filled with many local restaurant options, and the National Mall are both between a 5-10 minute walk from the front door. If you’re feeling more adventurous, Nationals Park in Navy Yard is only 1 mile away. With metro access to the orange, blue, silver, yellow, and green lines all within a 6-minute or 12-minute walk, you will be able to get anywhere in the city quickly.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours.
