• this modern single storey house situated newlands is designed with 4 spacious bedrooms, toilets and large spacious yard.
• each spacious room is fully furnished with queen bed, full linens, build-in large wardrobe, bedside table & lamps, desk & chair, and
• just 2min walk to bus stops and then you can hop on buses to wellington CBD(city centre).

• the street is very safe even walking in the midnight. We have been hosting international students from china, japan, Europe and middle east….
