You are in the city center within 10 minutes by public transport. The train/subway station, Hauptbahnhof, is around the corner. The apartment is equipped with an elevator that takes you on the 12th floor. From there, you enter the studio, and access is granted to an LCD TV, a fully equipped kitchen to cook, a balcony with amazing views, and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed fitted with a premium mattress. The apartment comes with a cooling ceiling, which makes it super comfy in the summer. Regulate the heating with an electronic system, and do not forget to drink a glass of wine on the balcony.
