The apartment counts with a fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave, eggs cooker, toaster, besides usual cutlery and pots. Towels and bed sheets are provided. There is a common washing/drying room (the machines work with coins) on the same floor as the apartment (10 meters away). the bedroom bed is a double bed 140*200, there is a sofa bed in the living room that fits 2 additional people. The building counts with shared common areas like a big reading area on the first floor and a terrace on the third floor. The apartment is rented out entirely for the use of the guests during their stay. The building is wheelchair accessible through ramps and elevator. There is no parking on the building but there is public parking around the building and a park-house 5 minutes (walking) away. No smoking in the building and no parties allowed, consider quiet hours between 22 and 7 am
