Facilities
All apartments have their own bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette, bed, 40 inch (approx. 1 m) flat screen TV, WLAN, dining area and a balcony with seating.

The apartments are cleaned once a week including linen change such as towels and bed linen.

Our apartments are easily accessible from the main train station and the city centre by direct bus connections.
The 4-storey building of the residential complex is located in the forest park settlement Boxberg, built according to the Scandinavian model, directly on the edge of the forest. Surrounded by greenery, the residential area stands for living close to nature in the immediate vicinity of the city. The closeness to nature, combined with a very good connection to the centre and the existing infrastructure, make Boxberg a popular residential area for students, singles, couples and young families.
