We live on a quiet road close to all amenities. There are two parks within a 2 or 3 minute walk and both the University of Plymouth and the city centre are only a 10 or 15 minute walk away.
My name is Bev. I love languages and I also enjoy cooking, watching movies, music, reading and travel.
My partner's name is Dan. He enjoys cooking, music, gigs, cycling, reading and travel. He also loves playing guitar.
We have 2 dogs that are very friendly and love having visitors. However, please do not worry if you are not an animal lover - we will try and make sure they do not disturb you.
We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible. We do not mind if you prefer to keep to yourself. Equally, we are more than happy to share our evenings (and mealtimes) with you. The choice is yours.

The room rate includes the following services: washing machine usage (if booked for more than two nights) and internet access.
You will need to organise your own breakfast. You are free to use the kitchen - there will be bread/tea/coffee/milk available.
If you are arriving at Plymouth coach station or train station at a reasonable hour and would like to be picked up, please let me know - I am happy to do that if I am available.
This room is a double room for 1 person or a couple. It is on the first floor at the back of the house, so very private. Next door to the shower/utility room. It has a bay window so gets plenty of light, especially in the morning.
