Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

- two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), two separate toilets and one toilet in a bathroom,
- a 12 m² terrace with rooftop views and barbecue,
- a private hammam (in the individual bathroom),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron,
- TV, satellite/cable, stereo system, and Wi-Fi,
- climate control and air conditioning,
- games for all ages, books,
- baby equipment (available on request from the concierge service).

The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The security deposit must be paid, before the keys are handed over, by credit card (pre-authorization).
