All rooms have: door lock, full bed (mattress and box spring), heating and air conditioning by fan, study table with executive chair, wardrobe and very good lighting.

Conditions required by the landlord to rent the room:

1-Deposit: 450 euros. TO BE DEPOSITED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION. FAILURE TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY WITHIN 24 HOURS MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION. (they are returned at the end of the month following check-out by bank transfer and once the outstanding expense invoices corresponding to the period to be settled have been received).

2- Administrative Fees: 90 euros (you pay only once and never in extensions)

3- After renting the room through Uniplaces, the advertiser will contact the tenant to finalize the contract (reservation) and provide the information described above.
