Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Descripción del apartamento

A beautiful, sunny apartment with a parking space on Zeeburgereileand at the waterfront. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the size of 70sm. The building has been delivered in 2021 meaning that all the amenities are new - energy label A+ and floor heating. There is no gas- everything is running on electricity. There is a new kitchen with a dish washer available. Additionally there are also light blocking curtains in the bedrooms. The apartment is easily reachable by public transport - you are at Central Station within 15 minutes with the tramline 26 (stop Zuiderzeeweg). The island is very quiet with a lot of outdoor space and a great skatepark around the corner. Shops like Albert Heijn and an organic store are on a walking distance. Evenings spent looking out the window at the water front with sailing boats and river cruises passing by and beatiful sunrises are probably our favourite perk!

Layout: you enter via a common entrance into the hallway. The apartment is located on the second floor. The spacious living room has a large window with a panorama view at the front, there is a separate storage room for a washing machine and a dryer, a built in closet, a brand new kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with a baththub, rain shower, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a a double box spring bed, the other bedroom is currently used as an office but you are welcome to also put a bed in there. There is a couch in the living room and all kitchen utensils available.

Neighbourhood: Zeeburgereiland is a newly developed part of the city, easily reachable by public transport, bike and car. It is a quiet a spacious are with lots of outdoor facilities for sports such as a skatepark, football field, many playgrounds etc. There is a parking spot available which belongs to the property.
