Cozy, bright and romantic corner one bedroom apartment with very comfortable and zen furnishing. Located on the second floor of a three story corner building in the centre of historic Amsterdam. Located right on a beautiful- the Unesco historic Jordaan is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and vibrant areas in Amsterdam and in the world. Shopping & entertainment wise is within walking distance and the whole city is easily accessible by walking and bike.
The apartment contains a kitchen with a stove, dishwasher fridge and a small freezer all the utensils for hobby chefs. The bathroom boasts an amazing rain shower. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200 cm), large wardrobe and a sitting tub.
For shorter term requests of 1 month or less a supplement of 500 euros per booking applies.
Due to its size we don't wish to host couples in the apartment for stays of more than one month. Registration is possible for one person only on request.
We offer a 10% discount for stays of 3 months or longer and 15% for 6 months or longer subject to request.

The future months may differ from the first month and are payable to the owner directy (could be via housinganywhere payment feature).
We ask for an administration fee per booking which covers the tenancy agreement provision and final cleaning. Please be mindful this is payable over the rent. This is paid on or before arrival
We will administer a tenancy agreement for the duration of your stay by docusign
Housingaywhere only collects the first month's rent, the rest is handled directly by us.
The security deposit will be collected from 30 days before check in day and returned within 14 days of departure.
You are responsible for rent in the entire booking term even if you decide to leave early.
