Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Kamernet
En Kamernet envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

An 8 sqm lightly furnished room in our 3-floor house in Slotervaart, Amsterdam will be available from 1st of September. Ideal for international students or interns! We have strict house rules that we expect you to followAbout You:- Take initiative to keep shared areas clean and organized- Respect quiet hours in the mornings and evenings- Be considerate of others in a shared, international household- Clean, responsible, organized and honest- Ideally a student or internA little (mandatory) request Please include:- Your daily rhythm (early bird or night owl, plus study/work hours)- A few words about yourself- Whether you smoke (cigarettes, vape, weed, or not at all)- Whether you’re eligible for a Campuscontract (you are student + your study is listed in DUO’s RIO register). If not, are you okay with a 9-month temporary Hospitacontract? Both contracts allow registration and cancellation with 1 month notice. We prefer students.- Confirmation that you’re currently in Amsterdam and able to join a group viewing (no video calls or friend visits—sorry!)A group viewing will be held on 23/08/2026 at 10:30, with around 6–8 attendees. Only candidates who address all the points and are available to attend the in-person group viewing this weekend will be considered.
