En Kamernet envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet and living room ~23m3 with balcony is shared with another person. There is also private storage space underground the building .The location is great, 5 min with metro from Zuid station, 6 min walk to metro, around 5 min walk to tram that takes you to central station and night bus. Kruidvat, Lidl, Ah and other shops and caffees are just downstairs. Registration is possible. NOTE: Kamernet doesn't allow me to upload more pictures of the house (eg the bathrooms) due to technical issues (more than 1GB) but I can share pictures in messages or you can wait to see more in the viewing.
