Hello everyone! A room is becoming available in our shared flat and we are looking for a new tenant. First up here is how we do things in our home and what values we have for living together. People frequently work or study from home and in general we prefer a calm atmosphere at home. So we avoid things like playing music out loud that is audible to others or other things that could be disruptive. We try our best to respect each other, show common courtesy and are open to hearing each other's requests. He unfortunately doesn't take well to other cats so introducing a new cat would be difficult. We have multiple nice nature spots close by to escape into some greenery. To get a feeling for the size of the room you can see in the picture how it is currently arranged. The room itself is unfurnished** though as seen in the first photo our old flatmate fit a double bed, closet and small desk in it. You'll be living with 3 others (one couple (f/m) and a single male) who are inhabiting 2 other rooms.
