Completa la reserva en Amberstudent
En Amberstudent envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

With high-speed internet, student-centered amenities, and a variety of floorplans, residents can effortlessly find a place to hit the books without having to commute to campus. With all the convenience their Ann Arbor apartments have to offer, it’s no wonder why residents look forward to calling this property home!

This holding fee of US$99 prioritises & fast-tracks your application with our partners.

The US$99 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.

The total housing cost is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments.

Each instalment is due on the 1st day of the month.

The monthly payment includes the base rent, all mandatory fees, and any applicable premiums or add-ons.

A guarantor is required to be financially responsible for the lease agreement.

The guarantor must reside in the United States.

The guarantor must be at least 25 years of age.

The guarantor cannot be a current resident.

A Leap Guarantor option is available.

Note: Cash and money orders will not be accepted.

If applicable under the contract terms, a No Cause Termination Fee is payable. The fee is the lesser of:

1. The total monthly instalments remaining for the rest of the contract term, or

2. The total monthly instalments for 6 months.

You will need to pay an application fee (non-refundable) of $50.

The tenant needs to pay $100 security deposit prior to Move In.

Resident Services Fee: $25.00 per installment

Pet Fee: $300 (one-time, per pet)

Pet Rent: $35/month (per pet)

Utility Billing Service One-Time Account Setup Fee: $4.50, due on the first monthly utility statement

Monthly Premium Fees (as applicable for assigned unit):
- Balcony Premium: $30.00 per month
- Premium View: $25.00 per month
