Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

A bright, fully furnished 31.77 m2 apartment on the 4th floor, located in Koukaki, one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in central Athens.

The apartment is within a short walk of Syngrou Fix Metro Station, the tram, and several bus stops, providing easy access to the city centre and universities. It is also close to the Acropolis, Plaka, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops.

Philopappos Hill is within easy walking distance and can also be seen from the apartment’s private balcony.

Electricity, water, and building utility charges are not included in the rent and are paid separately by the tenant. Utility charges are generally low, while internet is included in the rent.
