Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Renovated in 2026, this apartment in Nea Smyrni, of 65 square meters, is next to the park of the city , Siggrou Avenue and tram / bus stops.
The apartment has central heating and Internet speed is up to 100Mbps

It boasts 1 bedroom with a double bed and AC
1 room with office desk,
1 living room with 2 single sofa-beds, dining area, air conditioning, Smart Tv, Hi-Fi stereo equipment and balcony .
1 private bathroom with a washing machine.
The kitchen provides all major electric appliances

The tram or bus stop is only a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to reach Athens center (Syntagma Square) in just 10 minutes by bus. Metro stop Fix - Siggrou is 5 minutes by bus.
In addition, there is a supermarket, shops, and restaurants within a 3-minute walking distance. You can also enjoy the proximity to the park of Nea Smyrni (2 minutes walk) and the Faliro beach (8 minutes by bus).

You can access the apartment with elevator or stairs.

Kitchen is equipped with stove , oven , fridge. There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling

Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00

A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
