Qué necesitarás

En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

It's five minutes by car to Augsburg University Hospital, and with Tram 2, you can reach the university hospital, Augsburg-Oberhausen train station, the supermarket, and the outdoor pool without changing. We will arrange the move-in date individually with you and hand over the keys personally: put down your suitcase, connect to Wi-Fi – and everyday life starts from the first evening.
Two bedrooms, two beds, space for up to three people. Those who come to Augsburg as a pair for a project or rotation each have their own room. Different working hours, late return home – no one wakes the other. As a couple with a third person, you use the master bedroom for two and the second room alone. What is most draining when living together is constant consideration. The floor plan takes that burden off you.
Immediately behind the apartment door is the living room with dining area. After a long shift, it's enough to sit on the sofa in front of the TV and soundbar.
