It is ideal for roommates, students or professionals on temporary employment contracts.
This apartment will seduce you with its typical wooden ceiling beams in contrast to its modern and colorful furniture and paintings. The living room has a large table ideal for sharing a meal. The kitchen with its exposed brick wall is fully equipped, even has a coffee machine, contemporary and very spacious. The apartment has two double bedrooms; the suite is very bright and spacious."

RENTAL CONDITION
In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay.
Example:
If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months:
€200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee
DEPOSIT:
- up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month
- more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.
BILLS:
The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
CONTRACTS:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor, one for each tenant.
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in
CHECKIN:
Tenants to arrive at our office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm.
PAYMENT:
You have 3 options to pay the balance
1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
