It has 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and has beautiful views of the park and the mountains and lots of natural light.
The apartment is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very central, next to the metro station paral-lel, this allows easy access to different parts of the city and public transport, restaurants and stores.
RENTAL CONDITION:
- Monthly rent: 995€
- Utilities: 160€
- Internet: 50€/month
- Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA
- Cleaning fee: to be paid only once: 120€
DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.

Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
