Qué necesitarás
- Ten los documentos listos antes de solicitar: el anuncio puede exigir DNI o pasaporte, matrícula o contrato de trabajo, y justificante de ingresos (tuyos o de un avalista).
- Verificar tu identidad en la plataforma es opcional, pero aumenta tus posibilidades de que te acepten.
El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Double room in a 4 bedroom apartment with a lock on the door and no windows. Queen size double bed, with bed linen and towels, 1 bedside table, a bed side lamp, and a closet.

The apartment is cozy with a terrace, approximately 90 m2, has 4 double rooms, two exterior and two interior, one of them without a window, the rooms all have a private key. It has three bathrooms, two with showers, a room with a washer and dryer.
Building with elevator and doorman, located 80 m from Rambla Catalunya, next to all services and public transport, it has a privileged location.
The apartment is fully equipped, with sheets, towels, kitchen equipment with coffee maker, toaster, oven, plates, glasses,...
Included in the price is a weekly cleaning of the house and change of sheets and towels every 15 days. Water and electricity supplies are included up to €50/month, internet is also included and satellite television channels

RENTAL CONDITION:
1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 60 euros for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
3 - Agency fee of 95 euros to be paid only once at the moving day
4 - Deposit= 1 month rent, to be paid at the moving day
5- Smoking only allowed outside
6- No pets allowed
7-No parties allowed
8-Rental contract has to be signed upon arrival
9- Overnight visits are max 5 per month and 35 euro have has to be paid per night.

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the room is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
