Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Coliving
En Coliving envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

This newly renovated, outward-facing apartment is filled with natural light. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you’ll enjoy a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. Gas heating and fans in every room ensure year-round comfort. Plus, the support of a professional coliving manager guarantees a worry-free experience.

The location is ideal: close to the city center, yet far enough to avoid the nighttime noise.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Pets and couples are not allowed.

Documents required for digital contract signing:

To make your booking as smooth as possible, here’s everything you need to know:
Before your check-in (one month in advance), you’ll need to pay us the following one-time payments:
- Security deposit: 1 month’s rent.
- Final cleaning fee: €200.
- Memebership fee (based on the length of your stay)
1 month → €250.
2 months → €250.
3 months → €350.
4 months → €400.
5 months → €440.
6–11 months → €500.

- The Membership fee is a one-time payment that covers a wide range of services designed to make your stay smooth, safe, and hassle-free. It includes:
- Digital contract setup and administrative support: We handle all the paperwork, legal compliance, and onboarding logistics in a fully digital and secure process.
- Personalized check-in coordination: We’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival, including digital access to the apartment and delivery of your keys, bed linen,
and towels.
- Weekly cleaning of common areas: Our cleaning team maintains the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) every week to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Ongoing tenant support: A dedicated coliving manager is available throughout your stay to help with any questions, maintenance needs, or issues that
may arise.
- Community setup & communications: We’ll add you to the apartment’s WhatsApp group and keep communication open between flatmates and the management
team to support a harmonious shared living environment.

This temporary accommodation with services is intended exclusively for recreational, tourist, or holiday use, whether during the summer season or any other period. The client will be asked to certify this use. If the temporary use you plan to give this accommodation is different, please contact us directly.
