Before your check-in (one month in advance), you’ll need to pay us the following one-time payments:

- Final cleaning fee: €200.

1 month → €250.
2 months → €250.
3 months → €350.
4 months → €400.
5 months → €440.
6–11 months → €500.
- The Membership fee is a one-time payment that covers a wide range of services designed to make your stay smooth, safe, and hassle-free. It includes:
- Digital contract setup and administrative support: We handle all the paperwork, legal compliance, and onboarding logistics in a fully digital and secure process.
- Personalized check-in coordination: We’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival, including digital access to the apartment and delivery of your keys, bed linen,
and towels.
- Weekly cleaning of common areas: Our cleaning team maintains the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) every week to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
- Ongoing tenant support: A dedicated coliving manager is available throughout your stay to help with any questions, maintenance needs, or issues that
may arise.
- Community setup & communications: We’ll add you to the apartment’s WhatsApp group and keep communication open between flatmates and the management
team to support a harmonious shared living environment.
This temporary accommodation with services is intended exclusively for recreational, tourist, or holiday use, whether during the summer season or any other period.
