The power comes from renewable sources. There are built-in closets and 200 cm by 90 cm beds with underbed storage in each room. There is also a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and a bedside table. Every room has blackout drop-down roller shades, and every window is double-paned. Every room has a lockable door. Every room includes two sets of bed linens and towels, as well as a plush bathrobe. If the usage per apartment exceeds EUR 200/month (4 tenants x EUR 50), then the excess usage is split between the tenants based on their occupancy of the room in the apartment. The utility deposit for stays up to 4 months is 150 euros, and for stays over 4 months, it is 200 euros. The utility deposit must always be kept topped up at the required amount. The utility deposit balance is returned once the bills have been received by us. TENANTS STAYING UP TO 1 MONTH DO NOT NEED TO PAY A UTILITY DEPOSIT.
