- Documentation required to validate the contract
- Waste tax
- Weekly cleaning of common areas
- Final cleaning of the room
- Assistance in providing further information in case of maintenance
- WiFi
• Monthly Rent (to be paid within the 5th of every month) is different according to the period:
- From October to March € 1.000,00 per month;
- From April to July € 1.500,00 per month;
- August and September €2.000,00 per month.
• Cleaning Products € 5,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Stamp € 2,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Utilities (water, electricity, gas) not included in the rent and that are on consumption (to be paid within the 5th of every month).

This room is suitable as a double room, paying an additional charge of €100,00 at the Administrative Fee and the Monthy Rent.
