Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The spacious studio apartment is easily accessible on the ground floor and faces the quiet and green inner courtyard. The apartment cannot be seen from the outside due to the sloping terrain towards the Lietzensee.

The apartment entrance door is separately protected against break-ins. You enter the apartment through a wide hallway, from which a storage room, the large kitchen and the modern bathroom lead off to the right of the apartment door and at the end of which there is the extremely spacious living room and bedroom.
The windows of the apartment face the quiet back yard.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, an oven with hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine. A dryer for your laundry is also part of the complete equipment of the apartment.
The modern bathroom including a spacious walk-in shower with hand shower and rain shower as well as a towel radiator and sufficient sockets offers plenty of space.
In the living room and bedroom there is a double bed with a large pocket spring mattress. The duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. The cozy furnishings with a large sofa are complemented by a modern television with OLED technology and a micro hi-fi system with Bluetooth audio streaming, CD playback, USB playback and DAB + radio.

The nearby beautiful Lietzensee inner city offers an oasis of relaxation in the middle between the junction of Kaiserdamm and Kantstrasse.
You live in a green, quiet street with direct access to all transport options.
ICC and trade fair (8 minutes on foot) as well as numerous additional parking facilities in the immediate vicinity.
You can walk to the S-Bahn (ring) in 3 minutes, the bus 4 in minutes and the underground (U2) in 5 minutes.
It takes 6 minutes by car to get to the Avus transport hub.
For daily needs you will find an LPG organic market in 4 minutes, a REWE supermarket in 6 minutes.
