We offer you a fantastic 2-room apartment on the border between Prenzlauer Berg and Pankow, just a few minutes from Schönhauser Allee. The apartment impresses with its modern furnishings, lots of daylight and a quiet south-facing balcony with a view of a large idyllic garden.

You enter the apartment via a practical hallway, from which you can store your shoes and coats directly in the storage room.

At the end of the hallway you reach the spacious living area with an open kitchen-living room and adjoining living and dining room. The apartment is centrally located near Schönhauser Allee with all its shops, restaurants and leisure options. The connection to public transport is excellent: the S-Bahn and tram are just a 3-minute walk away and will take you quickly to the city center/ Mitte. Public parking spaces can usually be found in front of the house.
