This listing is for one of four individually rented, furnished rooms in a spacious apartment in Berlin-Marienfelde. Your room is for your exclusive private use. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the residents of the other three rooms.

The accommodation is particularly suitable for professionals, company employees and commuters looking for a fully equipped, move-in-ready place to stay in Berlin for a medium- or longer-term period.

The apartment is located in a distinctive former railway workers’ residence, combining the building’s individual character with modern amenities and convenient transport connections.

Your Room – Furnished to Suit Your Needs

The furnishings can be adapted to your individual needs by prior arrangement. For example, if you would prefer a double bed instead of a single bed, or need a desk and office chair for working from home, suitable adjustments can be made depending on the room’s size.

Existing furniture can also be supplemented, exchanged or rearranged by agreement, allowing the room to provide a comfortable space for relaxing and working.

A desk and office chair can be provided at short notice. Please discuss your preferences before booking or moving in.
