Property Details: • The apartment has undergone extensive renovation • Available from the beginning of February for min 5 months, with an option to extend (or if you need shorter stay we can concider) • Furnished room: bed, wardrobe, desk/table (adjustable to your needs) • Additionally, there are large closets in two hallways for your belongings • Kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and essential appliances • Bathroom with a shower • Bright, clean, very warm, and cozy apartment Location: • Close to the city center • Excellent public transportation links to the rest of the city • Nearby shopping center and a pleasant park, perfect for picnics or studying on the grass. House Rules: • We apologize, but rooms are strictly for non-smokers • Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
