Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Location:
Quiet, well-kept, high-quality one and two-family house settlement on the border Wattenscheid/Bochum, surrounded by green belts.

Connection to public transportation in the direction of Bochum or Wattenscheid (further in the direction of Gelsenkirchen or Essen) in 50 meters distance (connection to the subway in the direction of the university)
The travel time by car in Bochum city center (Bergmannsheil, Augusta Hospital, Josephs-Hospital, etc.) is about 15 minutes.
Traffic connection to the freeway in only 10 minutes.

Schools (elementary school, secondary schools such as secondary modern school, comprehensive school, grammar school), kindergartens, doctors, physiotherapists, etc. are all within walking distance.

There is also a further sofa bed for possible guests.
