Qué necesitarás
- Ten los documentos listos antes de solicitar: el anuncio puede exigir DNI o pasaporte, matrícula o contrato de trabajo, y justificante de ingresos (tuyos o de un avalista).
- Verificar tu identidad en la plataforma es opcional, pero aumenta tus posibilidades de que te acepten.
El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Double room in a shared apartment 400 meters from the Alma Mater University of Bologna.

The room is equipped with 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 wardrobes, 2 mirrors, 2 two beds. In the room you will find a desk, a chair, a wardrobe storage space, a mirror, a single bed with wooden slats and a new mattress. The apartment is currently under construction and what is showcased is the final result of what you will find.

🎓 Student not need a Guarantor 🎓

Following booking confirmation, completing a background credit check via a provided link is mandatory. This applies to all occupants and individuals booking on behalf of an occupant. All guests are required to undergo this screening process.

After the first payment that you will make on the platform, all other payments will be done through our main website. Once the booking is completed, users will be invited to register on the property manager’s website to continue with payments.

Background Check and Documentation Requirements:
- Evaluation of the credit profile is required
- Uploading tax documents to demonstrate the ability to pay rent regularly.-
- Achieving 2.5 times the rent amount for creditworthiness.
- Up to 4 cumulative guarantors are allowed.

CHECK-IN E CHIUSURA CONTRATTO
Check-in solo dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 14:30 alle 18:30: nessun check-in il sabato, la domenica e nei giorni festivi.
Alla chiusura del contratto è prevista una tassa fissa di 150 €.
