Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Ideal for all doctors and other employees of the university clinic (bus stop approx. 250m, to clinic in 10 mins) or Marienhospital (approx. 8 minutes on foot).
The apartment offers everything you need: a very bright living room with a desk, dining table, confy bed (130 cm x 195 cm), wardrobe with compartments, hanging rail and drawers.
The kitchen area includes a small fridge with freezer compartment, hob with 2 glass-ceramic cooktops, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Fully equipped with crockery, pots etc.
The spacious bathroom has a large window and is also flooded with light.
In the hallway with cloakroom and mirror you‘ll find a storage area for suitcases etc.
Monthly cleaning with replacement of bed linen and towels. In addition, there are coin-operated washer/dryers in the building, vacuum cleaners, etc. in the apartment.
