The residence is a historic, charming house of 350 sqm, renovated, with 10 rooms, a kitchen (shared among 6 rooms), 3 bathrooms (your bathroom is for 3 rooms only), a garden, and a large roof terrace.

Rooms:
Two furnished rooms of 23 sqm for one or two persons (+100 EUR rent for the 2nd person), located on the third floor with a view to the street and its Wilhelminian facades. The Kitchen is shared among 6 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The bathroom on your floor is shared among the three rooms on your floor.
Your rooms are equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, sofa, refrigerator, armchairs, bedside tables, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures.

The house has:

Location

BEUEL is a residential area on the eastern bank of the river Rhine. This is the sunny side of the river, where you can enjoy large summer afternoons and sunsets just a short walk away from the house. Beuel has its own busy area with shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a good connection to the city centre.

This is a shared house. Common areas are shared among all tenants. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared among tenants on the respective floors. You will make a cleaning schedule and keep common areas tidy. Help and repairs are provided if necessary.

Tenants shall have previously lived in a shared apartment, but it is not a hard requirement.
