Me and my girlfriend recently moved out of this apartment. We lived there as a young couple for 5 years since I bought this flat upon my graduation year in 2018. We both had the experience of living abroad for our studies and internship and we know the administrative hassle it could be to find a nice and comfy flat in a good location, for a short renting period and deal with water, electricity, wifi contract etc… which is why we always wanted to give the opportunity to rent this flat a foreign buddy after we moved out and offering this very simple formula :
Complete rent of 690€/months all charges included - water, electricity, wifi, waste tax, building cleaning fees and home insurance. (50€ cap on electricity bill, to prevent over consumption, overrun are on you).
