Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Description
The apartment is being rented fully furnished. Everything is brand new, and the apartment is ready for immediate move-in.

The bright living room offers direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony with an open view of the surrounding greenery. A dedicated dining and workspace provides the perfect setting for both shared meals and working from home.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all essential kitchen appliances for everyday use.

The quiet bedroom offers a comfortable retreat and is furnished with a large bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower.

Additional storage is provided by a separate storage room inside the apartment as well as a private basement storage unit. A private parking space is located directly in front of the building on the property's private grounds.

The monthly all-inclusive rent is €1,430 and already covers all utilities, including electricity, gas, internet, and service charges. There are no additional monthly costs.

The minimum rental period is 6 months starting from October. Longer stays are very welcome and can be arranged flexibly.

The apartment is located in Braunschweig's popular Nordstadt district on Bültenweg, offering excellent infrastructure and convenient access to all daily necessities. The Technical University of Braunschweig is just a few minutes' walk away, making the apartment an ideal choice for professionals, visiting researchers, project staff, and students.

Supermarkets and other everyday shopping facilities are located within walking distance. A Lidl supermarket is just around the corner (approximately 100 meters away). Bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and various other shops can also be found nearby.

Several tram and bus stops are within easy walking distance, providing quick connections to Braunschweig city centre and the main train station, which can be reached in approximately 15 minutes.
