En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The flat itself is furnished with great attention to detail: A comfortable king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep, while the cosy 160x200 sofa bed offers space for additional guests. The large smart TV with Waipu TV makes film evenings a pleasure, and the small but well-equipped studio kitchen has everything you need to fulfil your culinary wishes.

The newly renovated bathroom has a modern shower - fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo are of course included.

And the best thing? You're right in the centre of the action but still in a quiet location! The Altstadtmarkt is less than 100 metres away and the Kohlmarkt just 300 metres. Restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and even the VW Hall are just a few steps away.
