En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:

Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

The apartment offers 111 m² of living space with 4 rooms, including 3 bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling windows create bright, light-filled rooms and a pleasant living atmosphere.

A special highlight is the large terrace, perfect for relaxing, spending time outdoors, or enjoying breakfast and evenings in the open air. The apartment also features two modern bathrooms and an elevator, ensuring maximum comfort.
