Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

A three-bedroom flat with a balcony, terrace and storage room. The hallway leads directly into a modern, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining. The dining and study area adjoins the kitchen. In addition to a large dining table, there is a second screen for your laptop and a printer. The living room is furnished with a comfortable Chippendale sofa, a reading chair and a sofa bed with two 7-zone mattresses. A Smart TV for Netflix, a projector and a Bluetooth hi-fi system provide entertainment. There are also a selection of board games and plenty of books to pass the time. The bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe stocked with plenty of towels, bed linen and duvet covers. The small en-suite bathroom is also quite modern, featuring a walk-in shower, a powerful extractor fan and a towel warmer. The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the kitchen. You can reach the terrace via a space-saving staircase in the dining room, which is connected to the hobby room via a floor hatch, via the hallway or even from the street. The washer-dryer is located in the laundry room in the basement.
There is plenty of parking available right outside the door. The River Weser with its parks is approx. 500m away, a bathing beach 1500m, the Tabakquartier with its theatre, sports and leisure facilities just 1000m away, and the main railway station is approx. 4km away.
