Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en Wunderflats
En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

A very tastefully furnished, modern apartment awaits you in a central location in the middle of Bremen Neustadt

In the living area of the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchenette including a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, hob and microwave
and other extras.
You will have a flat screen TV , a table with two chairs for dining .
The apartment has a modern shower room including toilet
a double bed awaits you.

Our WiFi is of course available to you free of charge.
Furthermore, we provide you with hotel-quality bed linen and towels for every booking, which we change free of charge in consultation.

The apartments can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, but also earlier depending on occupancy. Please contact us if you have other plans.
With the digital check-in you are very flexible, so you can arrive at any time. On the day of departure, the apartments are available until 10 a.m.
The apartments are professionally cleaned. Of course, we are happy if you leave our apartment as clean as you found it, and ours will do the last wipe
