En Wunderflats envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

As we are travelling for a few weeks, we would like to sublet our apartment in Bremen Gete / Schwachhausen from approximately the last week of October until mid-December. We are relatively flexible regarding the exact period.

The apartment is very quietly located with a view of greenery and is simultaneously central and well-connected. It extends over two levels:

On the raised ground floor, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and an open-plan kitchen-living area that directly transitions into the cozy living room with a fireplace. From the living area, one can access a large balcony with a view of the garden. Through a sliding door, one enters another large room with a workspace and plenty of free space – ideal for working, doing yoga, dancing, crafting, or playing.

On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms, both with direct access to the terrace, as well as another small bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is therefore very well suited for a family, a couple needing a lot of space, or a small shared flat. It is rented fully furnished and is equipped with everything one needs for daily life.

There is only one other apartment in the house. We live here in a nice and considerate house community, where people enjoy chatting on the stairs or in the garden. A friendly and respectful interaction with each other is therefore important to us.

We are subletting our apartment in Bremen Gete / Schwachhausen while we are away for a few weeks, approximately from the last week of October until mid-December. We are relatively flexible regarding the exact dates.

The apartment is in a very quiet location overlooking greenery, while still being central and well connected. It is arranged over two levels.

On the upper level, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and an open-plan kitchen and dining area leading into the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove. The living area opens onto a large balcony overlooking the garden. A sliding door leads into another spacious room with a desk and plenty of open space – perfect for working from home, yoga, dancing, crafts or as a play area.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms, both with direct access to the terrace, as well as a second small bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is therefore well suited to a family, a couple looking for plenty of space, or a small shared flat. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for everyday life.

There is only one other apartment in the building. We have a very friendly and considerate relationship with our neighbours and often stop for a chat on the stairs or in the garden. We are therefore looking for people who will appreciate the same friendly and respectful atmosphere.

The neighborhood is quiet but has all you need and finding parking in front of the house is never an issue.
