Our luxurious new house is situated in the lively and popular area of Place Flagey in the heart of Brussels, with easy access to public transportation and an abundance of fantastic restaurants. Boasting eight generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, this property is perfect for young professionals. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a spacious garden complete with a petanque field for fun and games with your new friends. You can also stay active with our fully-equipped gym located in the basement, while a dedicated workspace offers a quiet and productive place to work from home in the living room. With its unbeatable location and top-of-the-line amenities, our new house in Brussels offers the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience.
The following services and amenities are included:
- Eight bedrooms, each with personalized decoration, at rates that vary according to the size of the room. Each of our bedrooms features a large double bed, a small private en-suite shower room (with shower and basin), a desk with a chair, and a dressing area.
- Fully fitted kitchen (with coffee machine, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, condiments, etc.).
- Cozy dining area, large living room, and a library.
- The basement also has lockers where each tenant can store their items, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board.
- Large garden.
- A gym in the basement.
Please note that visitors are allowed; you just need to inform your roommates.
