Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The apartment is located in 2 steps from the Grand Place of Brussels, 1 min by subway from De Brouckere and Central Station. The location is Ideal and practical to reach the different part of the city: university like; ULB, VUB, UCL, and different nearby main street and institutions like; Saint Louis, Royal Conservatory, Academy of Fine Arts, the European Parliament, the Council of Europe and the European Commission, Institutions and International Companies based in Brussels and around.

It is said to be the most multicultural city of Europe. Brussels is a human-sized capital and green-oriented which makes it joyful and pleasant for its inhabitants. It also offers a lot of cultural activities: museums, concerts, movies. There’s always something to do no matter what your interests are, so you’ll never be void of activities in Brussels!

Thank you to take into account that the paintings and the interior in this old house are not new but this very beautiful house is bright and spacious. The pipes and radiators are old and visible but the boiler is brand new and the heating is central.

If you're interested, send me a message describing you and what you'll do in Brussels. A lot of people write me so I consider in priority booking requests. Within 24 hours of your booking, you have to send me your internship agreement/work contract in Belgium/ letter of enrolment at University for the current year and a copy of your identity card/passeport. We'll sign the contract when I give you the keys or when you pay the deposit.
