Directly next to Géo Bernier bus stop (bus 71 going directly to the ULB university and to city centre), 10-minute walk to Place Flagey (from where buses 38 and 60 go to the EU quarter), 15-minute walking distance to ULB university.

- Living room (television, a double bed with orthopedic mattress, one big and one small dresser, couch, two coffee tables, desk, chair, cupboard)
