HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

The studio is located on the 6th floor of a building situated on one of Bucharest’s main boulevards. The building has a small elevator suitable for up to 3 persons.

Because the apartment is located right in the city center, some street noise may occasionally be heard, especially for light sleepers. If you are sensitive to noise, you may consider bringing earplugs, as is common for many central locations.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Please note that almost all buildings in central Bucharest, including this one, were built several decades ago and may appear in older seismic risk classifications used by local authorities. This is common for historic buildings in the city center. The building is regularly inhabited and maintained, and thousands of residents and visitors live or stay in similar buildings in this area every day. We mention this for transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
