Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Reservation with binding guarantee and address registration is possible in the frame of a lease contract directly with the owner and downpayment of the 1/2 of the caution with binding guarantee min.30 days before arrival, by bank transfer to the bank account of the owner. The reminder of the deposit has to be paid at arrival, before moving into the flat. You get the official lease contract from the owner according to the Hungarian Law, you need to apply for the visa and residence permit at the Hungarian authorities. There is a little food store on the ground floor of the house, with good prices + next building fruits and vegetable stor
The BRAND NEW studio is 20 m2+ 4 m2 common foreground with washing machine& new tumble-drier. There is a similar brand new studio also 20 m2 opening from the foreground, similar furniture. In both studios there is a little bathroom with shower, lavabo, toilet, and a fully equipped american kitchen with new IKEA furniture, ceramic hob, microwawe. Fully furnished, very comfortable ikea bed 140 cm large, with bedlinen,towels etc. The room has large windows, looking to an interior courtyard ( quiet, no trafic noise).Wifi high speed. Low utility costs. We let one studio for one person.
