Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

A beautiful, bright, sunny and quiet top-floor apartment with a private terrace, located in an excellent area. The apartment was fully renovated 5 years ago, including the doors and windows, electrical wiring, plumbing, and all other major elements.

The apartment is fully equipped, not just furnished with the basics. It includes a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, and essentially everything you might need for everyday living.

The terrace is one of our favorite parts of the apartment – it is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee or breakfast outside. The apartment is also very bright, sunny and well-ventilated throughout the day.

Utilities: There is no gas in the apartment; everything is electric. The TV and internet are on the highest/fastest available package. Utility costs depend on individual usage, and based on our experience, the overall running costs are low.

Location:

The Bálna and the Danube riverbank are approximately a 5-minute walk away. The neighborhood has practically everything you could need, including restaurants, cafés, cultural attractions, entertainment and sports facilities. Public transportation is excellent, with metro lines, trams and buses all easily accessible.

We genuinely love this apartment, so we are primarily looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of it and appreciate it as much as we do. Preference will be given to someone looking to rent for the full approximately 5.5-month period.
