PLEASE NOTICE: There is a fixed 107€ utilities fee, which includes Water, Electricity, Gas, Heating, and Internet. Bed linen and towels are not included as standard but can be provided for a cost of €23. Stays from September need to be or 6 months long (end of August to January or Septmber till the end of June). Is required a 1-month rent deposit for 3-month stays and 2-month rent deposit for other durations. Minimal stay from June to August is 1 month.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and microwave, a living room and a double bed. It's fully equipped and has high speed internet connection.
