Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
No se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario acepta tu solicitud. Tras tu entrada tienes 24 horas para reclamar si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio

"Please note: Extra costs are around 100 EUR/month/room, covering bills water, gas, electricity, internet, common costs, and cleaning service. Cleaning occurs twice a month. Multiple enquiries may be handled simultaneously if the flat is not available, another option may be offered. At check-in, the rental contract is signed and a deposit equal to two months rent is collected. All utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs are managed by the landlord. Accommodation is rented only to students and contracts are available only for fixed rental periods FebruaryJuly, AugustJanuary or AugustJuly. Check-out date is agreed before leaving, and the deposit is returned after inspection. This 25 m studio includes a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, sheets, towels, pillows, and duvet. The kitchen is fully equipped with wall unit, sink, fridge, dining table, chairs, dinner-set, glasses, mugs, cutlery, and tableware. The bathroom includes shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet. Cleaning service is provided twice a month, including sheet changes. The flat is in Budapests 7th district, within walking distance to City Park, party/pub area, universities, and public transport."
