Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Room 7 unfortunately has a small leak from the neighbor above ( Aug 2025).. but we hope it'll soon be fixed and then we can repair the wall currently there is a stain

Important: If your stay is longer than 3 months, a 2 month damage deposit will be payable. However, if your stay is less than 3 months, the deposit amount will be reduced to 1 month’s rent.
