Please notice: If the contract is for the whole academic year, the tenants have to pay for the whole ten months despite their check-in and check-out days. If they book semester or less, they only pay the days they stay for the whole month. PLEASE NOTICE: Booking fee: 250 paid straight to us. We give it back in case they do not get into the study center in the city. Reservation fee: 700 paid straight to us. Once paid, there is no way to return it. Once the contract is signed with the client, this 700 turns into the deposit which is returned at the end of the contract if the room is fine. Contact us for board conditions.
