Qué necesitarás
- Ten los documentos listos antes de solicitar: el anuncio puede exigir DNI o pasaporte, matrícula o contrato de trabajo, y justificante de ingresos (tuyos o de un avalista).
- Verificar tu identidad en la plataforma es opcional, pero aumenta tus posibilidades de que te acepten.
El propietario acepta y se realiza el pago
Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

Located just a few streets from the Burjassot University Campus, our shared apartment offers fully equipped rooms designed to help you live comfortably while fostering a sense of community.

The monthly rent includes all expenses such as cleaning service, maintenance, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed WiFi. The apartment features a dining room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, single-bed rooms, and abundant natural light. We strive to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere among tenants, ensuring you feel at home.

To join, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit, the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount), and the last month of the contract.

🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).

⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability.

🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out:

Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge).
Late check-out: Subject to availability.
Until 12:00 PM → 20€
Until 2:00 PM → 40€

💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys.

Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in.

!!️ Please note:
- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
